My latest obsession has been these grilled BBQ ribs on the gas grill.

The kids play in their kiddie pool all day while I sit and monitor the grill temperature. Go your grill to 300 degrees F with all burners on low.

Combine some apple tree juice and apple cider vinegar in one of those giant, foil turkey pans.

Remove the silverish skin off the ribs, rub each side down with your favorite blend of spices. I really like cayenne, brown sugar, mustard pulverization, dried minced garlic, dried minced onion, salt, and pepper.

Feel free to add in some smoked paprika or chili pulverisation or even some crushed red pepper flakes for more estrus. The spices can be easily tailored to your oversupply.

Lay the ribs in the pan and encompass with foil.
